By using Sabata you agree to these terms. They are short; please read them.
The service
Sabata lets you make shopping lists, share them with people you choose, and plan meals. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
You need an account to use Sabata. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent's permission.
Your content
The lists, items, notes and photos you add remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the members of your lists, only to run the service. Don't add anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes other people's rights.
Shared lists
The owner of a shared list decides who is on it and can remove members. Anyone holding a live invite link can join, so share links only with people you trust and switch a link off when you no longer need it.
Premium subscription
Some features may need a paid subscription, billed by Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage or cancel them in your store account; refunds follow the store's policies.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service: don't try to reach other people's lists, overload our systems, take the service apart to harm it, or use it to send spam.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Sabata running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost data beyond what we can reasonably recover.
Ending
You can stop using Sabata and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes; using Sabata after that means you accept them.
