You can delete your Sabata account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Sabata and tap your photo on the home screen to open your profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm with Delete forever. It takes a few seconds.
Without the app
Email CONTACT-EMAIL-NOT-SET from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Sabata account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account: name, email address and Google profile link.
- Your user record: push tokens, language and subscription status.
- The lists you own, with all their items, photos and invites — for every member.
- Your membership in lists you joined. Items you added there stay on the list for the other members.
- Invites you sent or received.
What is not deleted
- Lists, meal plans and settings kept only on your phone are cleared when you delete your account in the app, or when you uninstall it.
- An active subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it first in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions.
- Records we are required by law to keep, if any.
